  1. Allow to Cool
    If youā€™ve baked your cake pops recently, make sure theyā€™re at room temperature before freezing them. Never put warm ingredients directly into the freezer. 
  2. Wrap Each Cake Pop

  1. Hi, I am trying to make cake pops ahead of time. However, they all cracked after being frozen. Do you have any idea why?
    I let the finished cake pops set at room temp then put in the fridge for 24 hours before transferring to freezer. I used real tempered chocolate for dipping and barely used any frosting for my pops (my cake tends to be quite moist).
